When you've registered your return, we will get back to you in a separate email with further instructions. Note that this normally doesn't take longer than a few minutes, but it may be up to one (1) business day.
If you have not received the e-mail with your return instructions, along with return label, within one (1) business day, please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact@djerfavenue.com.
Please note the following:
- We do not cover the return shipping cost*, this will be deducted from your refund.
- We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 calendar days of your delivery and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.
- Your right to withdrawal does not apply in relation to such products that have been produced according to your special requirements, e.g. products with a customized variation, print, or sewing made on your request, such as personalized monograms or additional laces, nor to products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g face masks or underwear).
- If you have ordered a product that was bought to get a free item and wish to return the purchased item within the 14 calendar day return window, you will also need to return the free item that came with the order. If not, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
- When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference in case the return shipment should get lost in transit.
* The return shipping fee is 15 EUR.
